I really am hoping there are 4 discs in the boxed set and that Amazon are wrong with their info!   Let's wait in hope!   :)

I'm kind of curious to find out which realeases will be sold where. Last time, the special edition CD/DVD of KtGC was only sold in one store here in the US and was not sold at all in some European countries. The One Take Radio Sessions of some of the Shangri-La songs was also sold only here with a slightly different track list- the Europe edition was different. And the special edition of Ragpicker's Dream with the bonus CD was sold in Canada, but not here. This is just off the top of my head, I'm sure there are many more examples...

Universal Music has the right to release Mark's albums worldwide including Canada and excluding US.

Warner provides MK/DS releases for US market only. All limited and special editions released by Universal are avialable in US as IMPORT only.

As far as I know the KTGC CD/DVD limited edition by Warner was deleted, but first print was sold. Canada is Universal's market.

Well I enjoyed Sultans and I don't think MK had to play it - he doesn't have to play anything anymore. He's already dropped tracks like Money for Nothing and Walk of Life so he could easily drop Sultans, but he clearly doesn't want to.

As for practising, if the band had practised more, surely they would have played Sultans even more often and would be bored of it, making their playing even more "lifeless", so you're two arguments contradict each other I'm afraid. :)

Mark will always play Sultans even if it is just to keep those fans (most of us I presume?) happy that are lost without the 'fiddly bit' as he calls it in the last solo:-)

I saw an interesting documentary on TV the other night about music and what it does to your brain. They mentioned that women are naturally attracted to musicians, can

thanks Jeroen, shit I'm gonna have to get it now, a bonus CD! The rest I can live without but I'm gonna have to get it just for the bonus CD. Although it will be nice to have some vinyl editions I s'pose. But they can keep the dice and the chips and the guitar tab (although hubby might like that, I guess that's his Christmas pressie sorted LOL)

It depends what the bonus CD is.  Presuming it is one of the 2008 concerts, if I already have downloaded it, I'll stick with the digipack at

I'm a bit disappointed: I was waiting for a 2cd live. Vinyl is nice but I really don't need it, the same for the other goodies. I would be interested just in the Bonus cd, but will it deserve a difference of 70

I wouldn't say it's a rip off either if you want all those bits. How much would all of that cost if you bought it separately?
