Maybe, gemms are found every day. Years ago I found by complete accident an audience recording of the Alchemy night, so knows what will surface next and when...

Well, quite a few of those Wembley shows are circulating.  We already have circulating the nights: 4th, 8th, 11th, 15th and 16th.  You never know!

The 13th would be interesting as it is the same day the did Live Aid in the afternoon.

I know it's not much info, but as it turns out it was Gavin Taylor who directed the two DS appearances on the Tube. He also directed the famous Queen concert at Wembley stadium in '86. Unfortunately, he died in 2013, but the article about his death mentions DS and interestingly enough also mentions a private viewing room with video not seen before...

A clip of the Wembley 85 show broadcast on the Tube cropped up in the MK documentary 'A Life in Songs'.  I am sure someone who has the time and inclination could compare the quality of that clip with the versions circulating on the YouTube.

This will give a clue as to whether the tapes still exist as I am sure the BBC would have had access to the source material from Channel 4.
