When will MK be touring again?

By the way, last weekend MK was in Madrid. The waiter of a restaurant in Aranjuez, a beautiful city where I lived for four years, uploaded to their instagram a picture with MK.

Isn't there someone who can wait outside BG for a whole day to see if there's any MK around? 

If I had time and money, I would love to do that but unfortunately, that's not going to happen!! Someone else maybe!!???

There is no way that this man is sitting around doing nothing. He might well be taking a breather, but this is someone who has been writing songs, penning tunes, fiddling in the studio and crafting his craft for nigh on nearly 40 plus years. Trust him, he will come out of hibernation soon, pick up the Les Paul and start working on something to succeed if not supersede (if possible) his sublime efforts on Tracker. Patience is a virtue!!

Guy replied on his forum today that there is nothing new to report and that Bluesclub would be interested in playing some of the festivals on the continent for sure.
No news for another MK album soon i think........

If Guy is saying that Blues Club are interested in playing some festival dates this means they will be playing in the summer so no working in the studio for Guy than. This probably means no new MK album in the works before the end of this year and probably also no tour in 2017 but 2018.
At least this is what i think

Funny that last tour MK wanted more free dates between concerts to be able to write songs and after the tour he needed or wanted to have his well deserved period of inactivity 

It looks like those free days were not so productive as he expected, lol

My guessing is that if MK goes to the studio to work won't be until September this year. And now is when MK surprises me

Usually, MK releases his records in september and tours april/may next year, but with Tracker he released on march and toured in april (or was it may?) so it depends on logistics...

If he starts working in the studio this autumm and finish in time to release in march, it would be recording in 2016 and realising touring in 2017. But I think this is very unlikely that´s too fast as we know that, previously to record the band, MK spends about two months working alone with Guy before the band comes to London.

Unless MK and Guy start working together before autumm, and the band comes between september and december.

My guess is that if he does as with previous records, he starts working in autumm with Guy, and extends the works in january, february 2017 with the band, release the record september 2017 and tours april 2018.

So, my bet is, new record in 2017, new tour in 2018.

Obviously Guy is not telling all he knows. I'm sure that Mk has told Guy when he has in mind to go back to the studio. Guy usually says about it when it´s about to happen.
