Well TR was played at every show until OES showed up, possibly dating back to 1992.

I'd like to see it back.

I never get tired of it.

You just got lucky or unlucky that your shows were when OES started to be played.

I would trade TR for Tunnel of Love, as he used to alternate these 2 songs every night in 80's and 90's.

I won't complain TR being dropped, I had wished it for nearly three tours now...
The only "optional" complain would be about the replacement song.
I agree that I would have preferred something else than OES but OES is not that bad in itself.
Any song should be able to be dropped as at the "good ole time" of The Straits when each tour provided a bunch of fantastic new songs.

I was thinking about this the other day.  As far as I am aware TR has been the final song at every MK solo concert and DS concert since 2nd October 1992, which is the last known performance of ToL.

Thanks for that bit of info.

I'm glad I got to hear it in Jan 1992 then, and also July 1985.

No problem.  In fact can anyone confirm this?  Perhaps one of our Spanish fans?  We know that the Barcelona concerts on 3rd and 4th of October had TR, Madrid on the 7th had TR too and also the final concert in Zaragoza on the 9th.  These are all on bootleg.  Madrid on the 6th is unknown though, as far as I am aware. :think
