Unlike with "Privateering", where I really didn't understand how "Follow the Ribbon" could NOT have been chosen as the closing number, I think this the time the album is very rounded, consistent and works perfectly the way it composed.

And unlike some of you, I don't mind that whole bonus track thing. Some songs - "Terminal of Tribute to" comes to mind - would disturb, if not destroy the mood of Tracker, the album. They're no less good than the chosen 11, but are somehow better off standing beside them. I love to listen through whole albums, and Tracker is great for that, while I tend to listen to those bonus tracks one at a time, whenever I'm in the mood for one of them.

To my ears it seems that the overall sound of the tracks on the bonus disc is different from the tracks on the regular album. Compared with the regular album, all tracks on the bonus disc have a distinct layer of echo (reverb) over them. Could it be that the bonus cd was remixed differently on purpose, or by different people? Should I put this topic on the Guy Fletcher forum? Any suggestions and opinions welcome.
