I've been visiting London at least once a year for the last decade and always wanted to visit some of the places that aren't that easy to find.

I can thoroughly recommend this book.  If you are attending one of the concerts this tour or going to one of the cities it is essential reading and gives precise instructions with maps of how to get to the locations.

Even if you aren't intending on visiting, the content is extremely well researched and it makes for some interesting reading.  A must-have for all fans!

I´m very happy about your reactions, this book was made thinking in all my Knopfler friends, and if it makes you happy, then imagine how I feel 

The idea of writting this book has been in my mind for years, as everytime I went to London with Knopfler friends and did any of the routes, having all of them gathered in a guide looked as a smart idea, but I never took it seriously, until now, and I really enjoyed it almost as much as when I did the visits I talk about in the guide.

And not only that but also I had the honour of having our Scottish friend DMG writting about Glasgow and Edinburgh! The travel throught "What It Is" spots is amazing!

I am so happy for you and with the response on here.  I am not surprised because I knew you had a great idea with this book and it should have been done in this way years ago, especially in light of the way the fans travel to the various locations when he tours.
