No.  Can't remember if I entered any codes.  I'm not bothered anyway because I don't really need all these copies.  How many can you listen to at once anyway!

Fans who participate in our presales for Mark’s UK dates will receive a CD copy Tracker with every order of two tickets or more! Additionally, everyone who orders tickets in our presales will receive access to live recordings and exclusive merchandise. More details on those offerings will be revealed later this year.

Joko, I got some codes for the UK dates by mail and had to put them in an online form (already months ago). So I suppose my free copies will arrive.
The live recordings is just what we all can order at Bleeker and exclusive merchandise ..... we will see

The deal was one cd per every two tickets you buy so I had 4 copies arrive on Saturday, all of which have been given away to friends and family.....
