As I have the deluxe CD and am listening to it non-stop, I am losing mr grip a bit of Hot Dog, Time Will End All Sorrow and Ponies - which is a shame as two of those are excellent. I may need ot make a CD up of all the nonus songs and have that with the 11 song main album....which I means I will need to buy some blank CDs and remember how to burn one!

Actually cojones is a word in Spanish that means testicles.

Yes, it looks like in some parts of NA is kind of trendy to use some Spanish words mixed with English. I see it in many tv shows, comedies etc

Not really trendy here in California...  we've adopted a lot of Spanish words and phrases - over generations.

The fiddler on "Ruby with the Eyes that Sparkle" is Stuart Duncan who was the fiddle player on the MK/Emmy Lou Harris tour.  The banjo player, Dirk Powell, has played in the Transatlantic Sessions.  The world of folkies is pretty small apparantly...

I think "Ruby with the Eyes that Sparkle" is the same tune as "Shove the Pig's Foot a Little Closer to the Fire".  A lot of those traditional Appalachian/Celtic tunes evolved to have more than one name.  Although in this case "Ruby with the Eyes that Sparkle" may have been given that name for the Cold Mountain movie soundtrack.

Mmmmm, it´s just noise really, kind of suggesting that the band gathers at the garage/local/wherever to start reharsing and plug the guitars and start making noise while the drummer does the same etc etc

If you played anytime in a band, you know how it is
