I only know about AC that he plays keyboards. Guy also can produce, mix ..... fix bikes etc.
So if AC doesn't have those skills I totally can imagine MK's decision. And I agree, you also need chemistry to work together for such a long time.

Yes Ingrid that's exactly what I mean!!! And GF is a quiet Man which is first of all what MK needs the most because even if he became less nervous than he was in the beginning, he still has a lot of temperament and personnality!!! Working with him must require a great deal of patience and diplomacy!!!  :wave

hi amiters,
since Cal Mark has choose Guy..a reason is TALENT only TALENT.
Guy has always tried to innovate, to grow musically and as a producer and as an engineer, listening Tracker performs very good job. Guy has been able to understand better than any other Mark first as FRIEND and after as ARTIST I suppose. I'm sorry too for Alan, is unforgettable his contribution to the music that I love, but that's life.
I know that 'the police' and many other bands have come together to tour that brought him a lot of money as well as to have fun, Mark no. Alan had to accept that and look for other ways to continue in music. He played in almost all dIRE sTRAITS album but that great story is closed  :'( :'( :'(.

:wave Hi Dutchessy. Yes I saw that on MK.com? I was already almost finished my take on it when this was announced. I use copyrighted material so even if I was interested in the money thing I wouldn't be eligible to enter it.
So far I have 5 songs in various stages of completion. This album has really gotten to me the way no other Mk solo album has done.
