And Slavi by the way , I noticed that you said that you know Chris White and that he's One of your friends, please do tell him if you have contact with him sometimes in the future that I simply admire his wonderful work on Romeo and Juliett and on Private Investigations!! I wish him the very best in the future and that I was sorry to read about his loss of a dear friend in cancer!!He seems very deeply sad about this.  If he has an email contact for Fans I can maybe leave my message myself??? Marijo58, hope life will get even better for you in the future! Living in Bulgaria, I couldn't see DS in the past. But times have changed for us too. So I was lucky to see MK many times. 
Chris White is a fabulous musician and a man of a honor. I am very proud and lucky to know him.

HA HA, gotcha!   No no, it is a really great song with strong guitar. It is just that it is not the Mark of today who speaks through these lyrics. Millionaire Blues, Let's See You, all long gone. But why not. Some profile is never a bad thing.

  Brilliant sounding track! Love everything about it. Songs about the music from Mark are always stunning. It is where his life's passion resides and now we know just how protective of it he is! 
I'm certain that if they hadn't used his own favorite term for the band, that his own feelings towards the guys wouldn't have been so strong. Not sure if anyone else noticed it in the British Grove film (Thanks for the correction LE my head is on a coach ride at the moment) from '12.51, but Mark was about to say "The Straits" and he paused and said Dire Straits? The fold of the arms shows how protective of that name he still is. 
How things might have been different for the guys. All good musicians in their own right, but seemed to have pushed the envelope just too far?
