In The Sky one of my favorite songs in his solo career but don't like Wherever I Go. Good lyrics but musically, it can be much better!

Yes, I would call it 'moody'. This song is cool when you are only in a certain mood. So is this was a connection why it's a duet with Ruth Moody?

I like the song! I think it's quite amazing and i'm happy with it. I like the melody, the singing of both + the sax / Gibson duet.

Beautiful album outro for the normal edition.

great song, like it.
only the usual licks are boring - I think the song would be even better with only acoustic guitars in it

I don't want to spoil it for anybody by saying what I think of it. I like it when you like it! :D
But compared to the excitement I felt with Beryl and the Taormina and Basil snippets, this is just.. yawn..
Good thing I don't have to like it because I feel for sure there will be plenty of new stuff I will like for sure.
Just realizing that  I am not even interested in the lyrics as I can't stand her voice so I guess this could be a skipper...

You managed to read my mind or something like that. Yawn is right and I'm actually feel pleased for what I listened it now rather than throw it in snobby fashion away from listening it for the abstract 'good times'.

Okay, I love it, too. What about listen-for-100-times factor? Seem like next time I'll listen it when album will come out. Or, and for chords of course ;D

Ok we all have the new track now , but are we, as the biggest MK fan community, going to make a video for Mark's new song???
We not really helping him discussing if the song is good or not (again) , i am sure he don't care a bit.
Maybe we can put all the reply's under the audiotrack and send it in?  :think ;D

Guest vocalists always means a weak song that needed a gimmick to make it sound halfway decent. A strong solid song never needs any other vocalist other than the songwriter himself!

In the case of Wherever I Go yes. Beryl is very generic sounding and Wherever I Go is almost painful to listen to without falling asleep.I hope the other tracks are classic MK because these two tracks are as medicore as you can get.
