Yup I turned into 50 today, so I am a part of the oldies club now also and you know what?.............. I enjoy it very much!
I got my Sarah doll in the garden and also a Sarah doll at work! They both looked wonderful and made me laugh! In the town hall they have put pictures of me with the words "Hurraahh and the age of 50 on top"!
I found them at the entrance doors, the stairs and they were everywhere at our department. Many co-workers also of different departments came to congratulate me!
I got as birthday present a new monitor for my computer! The one I had is about 8 years old and such a big thing! Now I have a wide screen monitor and I love it! I hope (not sure yet) that I can buy a new computer in future!
The one I have is an AMD Athlon 800 (also 8 years old) and very slow!! LOL Well I am used that as long things still work, I don't change, but..........uuuuhhhh considering I use the computer everyday to be online, I can use a new faster and bigger one!
Tomorrow evening my sisters and brother with their partners will come to visit and I am looking forward to that, I am sure it will be a wonderful evening as it always is when we are together!
