Germany has changed today to that date, too..
but they are both dates, directly next to the album cover there is still written "expected release date March 13th.. in the description March 9th is mentioned two times...

since the publication of January, I've always seen March 9

You are right, also in Germany, only at the download-version, there were both dates mentioned. It is pretty unlikely. But I will check back later.
