It was a left out song from Privateering, recorded by Tim O'Brien's band, Hot Rize.

Don't want to bring up snippets topic up to not to fals-surprise anyone, but I checked all releases scheduled for February and March on iTunes and looks like none of them have snippets. So I believe they got rid of snippets? Even albums due to release just in 3-4 days don't have it. Must check Amazon.
