I don't feel good about the whole discussion regarding the box set. I kinda feel ripped off and I think others that bought it from uDiscover feel too. That's why I decided to forward my comments to uDiscover, Universal (Nederland), MK.com and Guy (and hopefully it will reach PCM as well). From the  Dutch Mark Knopfler Facebook page I know several others are 'working' on the matter as well so let's hope something happens.

My commentary can now be read on Guy's forum and he replied: "I can't say I disagree, I will forward your comments".

I don't know why on Earth Mark's management decided to work so close with this website, so many Facebook post comes from it. Now that.
Seems like generic mediocre website with strange love to lists and facts like Mark who didn't have the nerve to ask dad for an amplifier.

I contacted Universal, they have asked me for a screenshot showing the "strictly limited" claim. I don't have one. I'm canceling my order.

Did you notice it said in the cancellation rules that you may cancel your purchase within 14 days - beginning on the day AFTER you receive the product(s)? And you'll have to return the product at your own cost and risk. The delivery charge you paid will not be refunded, if I understood it right.     That is unfair, now that we know they've lied.    They completely fooled me with that "limited edition" stuff, although the high delivery cost made me wonder where on earth this uDiscover store really is - Antarctica?

You just have to send them a message to tell them that you want to cancel your order.
They are very helpful.
I already got my money back.
