I just ordered the Deluxe CD - 15 tracks from Amazon UK -

That would make around 18 Euro which is quite a difference!  Hope you ordered the CD and not the mp3-download? 

I find it astonishing that Richard Ford wrote the liner notes - I wonder how that connection came to be.

No, it's the CD, but with MP3 download included.   Release date 16th March - delivery 19th March.

At times, I find it quite unclear to find stuff on the amazon sites lately. For example, I am on the amazon.co.uk site by now and was only able to find the standard and vinyl edition, and all single mp3 tracks.

It changes on a daily base at the moment.

Strange!   I can only find the Standard CD - 11 tracks, the Deluxe CD 15 tracks and MP3, but no vinyl!   

Apparently, it's because you are accessing the site from Germany!

In the meantime I wish MK would switch to a non-major label, or distribute his records directly, like GF does.

Guy: Currently, it's one of the bonus tracks...that begins with Te....

Which often means that this is a slow and soothing "skipper". Seattle was GF:s favourite last time around.
