Knopfler shows this autumn

Hi!

As far as I can see there are two performances planned by Mark this autumn. The first is the GNR show which takes place on the 7th of September that is also mentioned on MKNews, but according to the webpage of Mercury Records he is also set to play a concert at Bahnhof in Germany at October 2. Does anybody know anything about this?

Seems they mixed something up, it is a gig of Dire STRATS obviously, Germanys best DS cover band:

Thanks for clearing that up, LE! A strange mix-up indeed... Mark disbanded DS twenty years ago, and now a completely different band, called The STRATS, are playing a gig, and Mark is held responsible

Yes, he is the warm-up act. He plays on bass guitar together with his friends Alan Clark (akkordion) and Phil palmer (bouzouki) and some other folks of the dire straits legends (vocals)
