Pretty close to the original and well produced, but nothing will ever beat the original version imho..

Very interesting to have Mark on 2 tracks that are new to me.
I'm very excited to hear those two songs. ;D

It shows that Mark is a very clever/wise man. I don't know these songs either. As far as I know they have not been released. Or they must have been on a B-side of a single. People will always compare the songs with the original. Covering the well know songs is kinda dangerous effort for a professional musician, cause when you cover it you must be able to surpase the original. Which in Cale's case is almost undoable. Why would you else put this tribute cd in your cd player if you can put a compilation album of Cale on?
Anyway, this way no one can complain or say Mark fucked up.

A clever and safe choice.  We all know how safe he is though!  ;)

Guy said that Mk overdubbed over that songs, so I guess that it was Clapton choices.

Its on Spotify, but I dont know in which countries, would you try to see if anyone is capable to listen to it and, if possible, capture it?

:clap Like it.  :thumbsup Lovely laid back guitar licks & voice. He just gets better with age.....
The intro guitar parts remind me of the NHB water of love versions. Also "Your own Sweet way"
