Pottel I was a member of EZTree when it was shut down in 2005. Then their rules were more open and this cost them these troubles.
So you can understand that when afterwards the EZT team launched DimeADozen they had to take these things to accounts and become less flexible about what is allowed.
May I add that Mark officialy forbid video recording now (and clearly expressed his disagrement during some shows) and thus this sould prevent any video recording made after the first KTGC night to be shared there.
As a fan we can complain about the too strict rules but once the site is down all we can do will be crying. And the people running the site support the legal harassments.
