Very good! As your guitar is only numbered two from one of mine I am wondering if you have a manufactured date from Fender at all? Be very interesting to know any date differences??

Keep looking on ebay etc - one will turn up. Not aware of anyone selling, besides there are a few on here already after an MK......

I actually seen MK Strat last week in Rome, when I was on holiday, it was just a vintage guitar store in old town, it was 2003 one with wrong colour and really low serial number, something like #00300, so search and you will find one literally anywhere in the world, especially in UK

Thanks chaps but it's really tricky to find one anywhere - the gbase guitar is stupidly priced but even so I would be willing to spend a goodly sum to have one. Please let me know if you find one, pref with a brown case - many thanks once again

This is bizarre.

Supposedly they have stopped making this model but you can still order from the custom shop? And the specs are exactly the same?

Obviously being made on an individual basis should anyone require one, but I would rather opt for an older one personally. No difference with regards spec either.....

Mmmm that 64 looks lovely. The Dakota looks like it would fade to that vintage Fiesta, but they're all different those old nitro ones eh?
