no, he didn't get into Mark's room, but he went with Pete backstage, and Pete asked him to stay in the corrdior, while Mark was signing guitars, CDs, vinyls, etc...
He "only" met Danny, John, Richard, and Glenn Saggers

Bizarre... Why I can't, say, send in a guitar via post to Mark's studio to sign it then? Well, what's the difference?
I agree, that getting a signature without meeting the guy in person is something I have many comparisons for.

I understand your thoughts, but Mark did that way on several gigs.
It was the same in Lyon : the cars stopped to hold some items only one per person. Then they brought them to Mark for signing, and they gave them back outside.
The difference here is that Poupystar was allowed to go backstage indoor. Ok he didn't meet Mark, but it was a "higher level" than gigs before

I' m new to this forum and , being a big fan of https://www.dreambodyweightloss.com/contrave/ Mark Knopfler, I' m glad I ve found this forum!
Ithe owner of my first fender MK signature since 3 hours...
Serial number is SE03828 (2009).
I think I got a great deal (1600€ with case and goodies ).....I has some dings and strings are the rustiest I ve ever seen , but platics were still on the pickguard and the case locks!!!
I will give it a good cleaning , new 009-046 strings and then I know that at the end of the week end , my fingers will be painful.... :-)
