My idea of heaven is a place where the Tyne meets the Delta, where folk music meets the blues.

I hope someone will do the live setlist. I will have a flight with a hot air balloon (if all goes well, something moved wrong in my back yesterday and my therapist couldn't heal it completely this early afternoon). But pain is much less so I hope I can get in to the basket  ;D

Sonny Liston seems to be becoming a regular now as Gator is less frequently played and Sultans, well...  Over two weeks now.

Good to see KOG though. :)

KOG was a stunner. Brilliant.

Tonight MK was more alive than ever before. I have seen him here ever since 1992, but never so alive. The playing was also better than ever in my opinion. Best live performance since "Golden Heart Tour".
The whole band was actually spot on. But MK especially. Maybe because they have a day off tomorrow  :D
Cant wait for the pre-ordered USB stick ...

Cheers Peter

The official newspaper reviewers are VERY different here today. Some give 5 stars out of 6, which I also would give. Another only 2. But he was one of those silly reviewers that do not give constructive critisism but only comes up with silly statements like "RAJ" "is a boring, deathsick song". What a jerk.

Luckily we can buy our concerts as a fantastic memory of our evening with Mr. Knopfler & Co.
Cheers Peter

Nice, I wish they had played kingdom of gold in any of my two shows at the rah instead of the diamond both days...

I thought Ruth Moody had a fabulous voice and i would love to have heard KOG at the RAH also. IDUAD was good but i enjoyed it more on the Emmy tour but i think that was more to do with the "Duelling Gibsons" solos between MK and RB and no reflection on the singing. :)
All i do is kiss you, through the bars of a rhyme
