strange voice on the Bug Copenhagen 96

Ok I know it's Privateering tour now, but I was listening Copenhagen 96 this morning, and I was surprised when I heard this strange voice singing "oh yeah" at 4:16 and 4:35 on The bug :

 

does anyone knows whose voice is it ?

But almost all Beatles' songs are so high to sing, so I don't know...

The Ragpicker's Dream is pretty low and in other hand, early DS and songs like "Our Shangri-La" is pretty high.

Both sound like Mark to me. He goes down with his voice like that at times

What I think he does is that he gets very close to the microphone and uses his very low voice, then pulls back from mic right after and continues.
