Does anyone know who to complain to about Bleecker-Street Entertainment?
The Customer Service department hasn't done what it promised to do and no longer answers my mails(2 weeks and counting!)
Any help greatly appreciated.

same thing with me. no follow up emails in over 2 weeks.  let me know if you get a response from them or hear of a way to reach them. i have an empty stick and trying to get the download files.

I have bought three stick, the first (Bucharest) came empty. I wrote an email to support, and at first they didn't answered, but answered the second mail. I do not know what you wrote in your mail, but be sure to write your order number.

I assume that they have maybe underestimated the demand for the sticks, hence the supply problems.  Whatever the situation is good luck with you issues regarding the sticks.

Hello! I have just received mine RAH stick today! Everything is alright (I have not heard all the songs) except Going Home  ! It seems that the file is corrupted and after a Scan Disk on the stick I found bad sectors on it but I cannot fix it...

Agreed..I might add that it is a distinct possibility that PCM underestimated Bleecker Street's ability to produce   . They probably got overwhelmed with orders when people saw the set list for the 27th..and heard all the reviews. I personally held off ordering it until I knew it was worth paying for. The second I saw the set list..I placed the order.

I recieved my RAH stick orf the May, 27 2013..........very nice object but................. The last song is doesn't work, corrupted, i can't read with VLC or mediaplayer... Bad luck!

Same with me as I wrote yesterday. I have just received the download link only for Local Hero.    It seems that there is something wrong in the production.
