My stick is loosing its red painting (tape). Almost as vulnerable as red painting of signature strat.

Wow, that aging process will make your usb Strat more desirable to guitar players. I imagine the tone of the sound on the stick will improve too... :)

:) I have to try to replace the neck with maple neck to get brighter sound.

be sure to use 0.07 lite strings, stronger ones can bend the neck and you will be out of tune  :-\

Had a laugh with this! But it is strange that the paint went off that early. Maybe your fender in made in china?
Come on, it is not funny anymore.

P.S.  Hope you had a nice break. :wave

Yes, it was beautiful, thanks, but Carcassonne is on the horizon, so I can look forward to a bit more time in the sun, I hope AND Mark and the band!   ;)

well, not the best debut for me on this forum. but decisionmaking will get me mad.
anyone ordered Dijon and/or Stuttgart and could comment on Sound Quality?
Seems like a good Ruth/Nigel/Submariner combination.

The sound quality on all the USB sticks are great if not excellent! !
though I have pre-ordered but not received your mentioned shows yet, I dare to say you can safely go for this  Ruth/Nigel/Submariner combination :wave

Only ordered Stuttgart but not received yet. Agree with Enlight, all sticks I heard so far are really good, so choose the ones you think are the best for you (because of somgs, because of being there, or whatever reason)

Has someone who was on a few of the five France shows with Ruth a stick recommendation, maybe Ingrid can help. I think she favoured Dijon? Thanks for any oppinons and recommendations!

I was at Clermont ferrand and Dijon myself. The energy in Dijon was the best. Haven't been to paris Caen and Rennes so can't judge about that one. In general it seems that concerts where it's hot are the best these days. Don't know why, but except RAH1 which is also one of my faves it seems that all other faves were the hot ones: Zwolle Stuttgart and Frankfurt.

My rating is 1)Caen  2)Dijon  3)Paris  4)Clermont-Ferrand.

I can't say for Rennes, stick arrived only yesterday, didn't listen in full but it sounds nice, at least all the rocking tunes are there.  :thumbsup

Only personal taste and feeling. I was expecting a different set, I couldn't film  :'( , I was annoyed by the bullrace.
No big deal, it remains a great evening and a greater after show  ;D ;) !
