Fan get together Mon 27th.

Hi all. I'm sure some of you already have this covered,
but is it going to be a case of everyone meeting at The Stanhope Arms
again on Gloucester Rd.
It would be fantastic again to meet with the usual suspects & new faces.
It's always been great in the past.
For me, I love this part of the experience before the gigs.
Also, I hear Pottel has agreed to buy the 1st round when everyone
gets there!!!!!!! ;-))) :P ;D :clap :clap :clap.
Lets make this a great occassion.
It's always great after the pub, the walk to the RAH.

I don't want to change any routine but bearing in mind the inclement British weather and how busy it may be you can book this place and it's tucked away a stones throw away behind the RAH.  They serve London Pride so you never know...  Looks pretty nice:  http://www.squaremeal.co.uk/www/thequeensarmskensington.co.uk/x,108096

Can people please respond on this thread. Stanhope arms is indeed a tradition. Easy to find, near tubestation.
Queens arms look nice but on that link it says somewhere that it's part of the charm that it's not easy to find.
So I tend to choose stanhope arms, only for that reason.

Hi Ingrid!   Do they do meals/food at The Stanhope Arms, or would it be better to eat somewhere else first?

Yes, Stanhope Arms serves food as well, so we can start with a pre-dinner-drink, followed by food, then an after dinner drink, followed by a preshow drink. What about gathering at 16.00?

Lalalalala........of course Jans and I will be there too! I can't wait to meet some of you again and of course to meet others I know for years because of the forum, but finally I can hug you now too!

I am not sure about all the drinks; pre-dinner-drink; after-dinner-drink; followed by a pre-show-drink etc! As some of you know I better don't drink alcohol, because otherwise I won't see much of the concert!

I see some of you tomorrow for the concert in Amsterdam and I can't wait to meet you all in London!
