I was asked to play in the house band by the MD (Mark wasn't involved in the decision). When I was told who was playing, it took me about 0.0000000000000000000000001 seconds to think about it and say 'yes!'. There'll be a DVD soon, and there's no fan recording that I'm aware of.

I'm a huge, huge fan, and have been for years, so it was an absolute honour to do it.

Here's a video clip from the night. There's only a tiny bit of concert footage - but there's a shot of MK & I at about 50sec in.

That's Gazza man.  A reet Geordie and used to be one of the worlds best footballers.  Played for my favourite team too.  Sadly he has been very ill lately due to alcoholism.
