Just watched the link, didn't bother to check the YouTube site - what's the idea behind this? Making print available for sightless people? I that case, it would still be funny (for us) but a good cause and finally a decent use of the internet...

during many years I pronounced alchemy "alshemi " !!!! yes it's true !

and it's wiki that revealed me the real pronounciation !

Yes true Vgonis. It just sounds funny to native English speaking ears.

I can imagine!!! Yet for a computer program it must be way advanced. I would have expected a Stephen Hawkins voice with flat pitch, while actually this one has round vowels and a pretty voice (male and female). And even the names are spelled more or less correctly, which is a bit difficult for a program.
