I downloaded this alternative version which, according to comments, apparently has better sound:

I must take the opportunity to thank all the tapers during the NA leg of the tour, in particular the Bob fans who took the time to record Mark's set too.  I admit to my criticism of last years tapers not bothering with Mark's set but we have been blessed this time.

Another point to note is the truly fine quality brought to us by these bootleggers.  If you are reading this, my great appreciation goes to you and you can be assured I - and I'm sure I speak for most of us here - will continue to get pleasure from your recordings for many years.

with out them I don't know what Mark's guitar playing sounds like since 2005, and before that the OES tour.

I have been a bootleg junkie since 1991 that I found the Mandella concert on vinyl. I know how many great recordings we would have all missed without the work of the bootlegers. And the fact that now it is easier to have a recording, and a great one, doesn't mean that we should take them for granted. So a big thank you to all these preservers of music history, for surprising us and delivering some great moments, otherwise lost in time.   :wave  :clap  :)
Come on, it is not funny anymore.

A big THANK YOU from me too.  I downloaded every show and was totally blown away by the quality of the recordings.  Without the sacrifices that all the tapers made, all these wonderful shows would certainly have been sunk into the big dark hole and never been appreciated the way it should have been.  So, thanks again. :clap :thumbsup

DGTK is played once with Guy's new banjo-uke-thing, but I can't remember and find where and when.
Does anyone know this and if a recording is out somewhere?

Aren't all the versions the same?  I remember they played Knoxville in Las Vegas (possibly the last performance of that song) but it was mostly at the start of the tour it was played.  You can check the listings of concerts on here and there is set lists for each night.

DGTK was played in Winnipeg (5/10), Seattle (13/10), San Fransisco (18/10) and Las Vegas (27/10). (those are at least the recorded versions).

Bob, San Diego:

The one with Summer Days and Mark on guitar. :thumbsup

Lossy though. :thumbsdown

Edit:  don't bother;  it's an iPhone recording and not very good quality.  Die-hards only!

Richard Bennett in his "Notes from the road" mentioned that Guy's banjo-uke debuted in Detroit on November 13. I haven't noticed any recordings from this concert.
