torrent uploading

Could someone please help me?
I would love to have the help in dutch.

I wan't to upload a torrent on the tracker,
I made the torrent with MakeTorrent.
I uploaded it on the tracker and downloaded the .torrent file from it.
I saved the file in the folders with the files.
I opened the .torrent file in my client (utorrent)
and I selected the folder with the files in Save In:
It should start seeding now, but nothing quite happens!

Could someone help me or tell me what I'm doing wrong or just tell me what to do?

It's been a few years since I've uploaded torrent files. There are quite a few experts here in the forum, I hope somebody can help.  Or sometimes, you just have to tweak it here and there.
