Pottel, it was a 50-50 chance and anyway nobody else was playing,  ;D
So you were actually playing against yourself. You won alright, but you lost just the same.  :smack
Next time ask to produce the money beforehand.  ;)

That's why I'm sure Greece will recover from its dire economic straits.  8)

Nababo, I am not quite sure I understand, how this could apply to the Greek situation.  :think   Maybe you could elaborate using either the Europe? thread or the Greece as a solution, both found on the general discussion threads. As a matter of fact, please do!
Unfortunately, most Greeks are without jobs and hope so eventually they have lost already. Ah, and don't forget the treacherous politicians. We are forced to play in a lose - lose situation. But anyway, another topic another thread. Looking forward to hear from you on this topic, since you are a impartial viewer, sort of speak!     :wave
Come on, it is not funny anymore.

We'll write something in the Europe thread, about Brazil's formula to try to get out of trouble.
But my latest post here was just a joke towards you. What I was trying to imply was something like "if Greek authorities could only have the same inventiveness vgonis just showed, maybe things would be better to them by now". And I just ruined the joke trying to explain it...

Dear nababo, as a matter of fact your explanation crossed my mind, but I am too modest to accept it.  :think
Politicians are a league on their own.
And now I have not only ruined your joke but my modesty as well.  ;)

But really, eventhough Brazil is one of the biggest countries in the world, and therefore with great influence, it has been suffering like the other South American countries, just because...
OK, I will not get into any politics. I will surely wait for your post in Europe thread. Thank you!

I can't believe there's still no recording whatsoever of Knopfler playing with Dylan this autumn. San Diego, Las Vegas, Broomfield ... can it be that no one recorded these shows? ???

Bob Dylan is possibly the most recorded and bootlegged artist of all time,  maybe only Bruce Springsteen is close.
So you can bet the every single Dylan show is recorded.
Just a question of whether it gets posted on Dime or not.
They will all eventually show up  though.
Hopefully the tapers also record Mark Knopfler's set.
