MKSite tickets are not asigned yet, and when asigned, those tickets are to pick them at the venue by the same person that bought them...

It means, nobody will be able to send you their tickets in advance because there are no tickets until the very same day of the concert. The only chance is that someone sells you their tickets, mail MK.com to make a name change and then you will have to pick that tickets at the venue.

Thats what I dont like about the MK.com presales, that system is supposed to stop the touts, but it doesnt works anyway, you will find that tickets in Ebay anyhow, and the touts can pick the tickets on the day and sell them outside the venue, as I witnessed myself...

Hi Jbaent,
I know what you can explain, I remember, like you, that outside the Hall the touts sale tickets, but Iam ready to wait a promise of a fan that write me: ok I have 2 tickets in excess and I'll done outside the Hall, but without this promise I don't travel from Italy for stay outside the venue without chance to see the concerts.
so I hope that in fututre will be someone that had buy 4 or 5 tickets have tickets in excess. I lost MKcom presale for trouble in work but yesterday my chef tell me: no problem you can. I am very angry, because, for me MK at RAH is the top: I see MK in a lot of place but never well like in Albert hall.

I understand, however, any ticket in the RAH will be great, believe me. If its in Arena, Stalls or Boxes, the better, but the RAH is a whole experience besides you have a good or bad ticket.

And also the touts usually sells tickets at the same price when the show already started, I mean, the support act, I know many people that buy their tickets that way, although I understand that its a risk to travel from Italy without tickets.

If you really want to go to the RAH, and you

Although not perfect, without MK.com I would certainly have no chance to get 1st row tix at face value.

Stalls are excellent seats and even better than arena if you are not in the first three rows (but everybody want 1st row arena A/F).

Yes, it is an inconvenience to have to pick up MK.com tickets on the day at the box office but, even when buying tickets for others or passing on tickets, it can usually be sorted out on the day at the venue. You just have to trust someone and agree to meet somewhere in time beforehand.

The biggest drawback is not knowing which seats you have when you purchase your tickets on MK.com. As someone says, you can apply for tickets in the Arena but get seats quite a long way from the stage so that, the Arena being flat, you don't get a very good view at all;. In that circumstance, seats in the Stalls would be better, because you are raised up and the seats are raked. It is just a lottery and that is unfair, especially when you're spending so much money.

Did anybody notice that Eric Clapton is playing several nights at the RAH, and he ends just one day before from the first MK concert at the RAH...

It means, Clapton plays his last on sunday (and Knopfler doesnt have any gig that day, he played at Brighton the day before), and then on monday Knopfler plays, and Clapton is free...

Do you think they could coincide and play together in any of that two gigs, or maybe both?

I noticed too. It would be very nice, but I don't think it will happen, somehow.

If this will happen I'll witness it, but I doubt that. I'll be at all EC shows at the RAH as well as all MK shows at the RAH. One of the reasons I really love London...
BTW, it was really difficult to get good seats for EC at the RAH. Sure, his fan base is huge compared to MK. But we are lucky to have such a great MK fan sale!!

MK following EC, that's great. If I was in London, I would certainly give a try on the last EC gig.
I hope EC will do an interesting Europe tour.  I've not seen him for a long time. :-[
