TR from Locarno 2010 rocks...

LE

Locarno was extremely hot, starting with 38 degrees Celsius only dropping during the night to 32. But how it rocked ;-)

My favourite Simfy show. Would have loved to be there. Something magical about that performance. And I made that discovery all on my own AFTER I read it at Isaac's blog...  :lol

so Mark has the power.
To be honest I've never had  any doubt about that.

It's one I never bought, but a lot is available on YouTube and it seems a great show from the 2010 tour.  The reason I bought the Madrid was because Guy said it was such a great show on his diary but to be honest I don't think it's that great - just okay.  I'll bet Mark decided to go with Guy's word on this when the decision came to choose a show;  can you imagine Mark listening to every recorded show!  Then he listened to the show (chosen by Guy) and thought: "you know, TR's crap - I can't face my pals down at the cafe in the morning if I release that!"

My absolute favourite is Manchester.  I have ten others including Locarno, which is great of course, but imo Manchester is better!   :)

Guy answer to my question about why MK choose to leave TR out sounds kind of "Shut up, and dont ask again"...

No, he played Border Reiver as an opener EVERY time, and at some shows (2 or 3 simfy shows I believe) have Cleaning My Gun, London May 30th has Monteleone, Hamburg June 16th has Get Lucky... I am pretty sure that's it.

He used to play some other tracks during the US part of the tour, but Simfy started recordings with London May 30th 2010, not so much set list changes from there on.

 ;)

Col1n I am not sure if there is a Simfy of Brighton May 25 - 2010, but Mark was playing there Monteleone as well! .....Why I remember? LOL  I LOVE that song, it's one of my favourites!  ;D

About TR I like to add that in the past I didn't like this song when I listened it at an album. But after I heard it for the first time live at the concerts of 2008 and 2010 it is one of my favourites! .........It really blows me away, while I am not that thin!

Simfy started recording at the first show at the RAH, but almost all of the UK shows earlier than the RAH were mixed and released by Simfy (not all of them but almost)

All but one, the opening night in Belfast. According to Poupystar who attended it, Mark was on fire.

I guess Simfy people was already upset with the sales figures and decided not to mix and sell any other show...

And in some months, they closed the "Live" division.
