lucky you... i will have to wait for the delivery as it comes from Amazon Italy ( the supr delux box set was 27 euros cheaper there than from Amazon France...) It worth to wait and save little money...

Sorry to ask, but where are you from? I'm from Brazil, also bought the super deluxe from Amazon Italy because of the price, but here down under I'll have to wait at least six weeks.

Hey thanks for sharing this, I just reordered the deluxe with Amazon.de, a few days ago they said the release date would be 3rd of Sept, so I had canceled and ordered somewhere else. Fingers crossed for the album to come to me as early as possible.

But how about Chris Rea?
In my opinion it's almost impossible to be a Knopfler fan and not a Chris Rea fan. Do you for example have the albums "The Road To Hell" and "Auberge" from Rea? Or his wonderful 11CD Box Blue Guitars.

Absolute wonderful time GennT at the concert. When it comes to slide guitar Knopfler ain't a match. My three favorite slide guitar players are Derek Trucks, Chris Rea and Sonny Landreth.
