On 16th August 1977, Elvis Presley was found dead lying on the floor in his bathroom by his girlfriend Ginger Alden, he had been seated on the toilet reading 'The Scientific Search For Jesus'. He died of heart failure at the age of 42. His first record for RCA,

My favs are some of the oldest, particularly Anyway you Want Me.    So innocent a title in those days.    Such a lovely song.

Too bad he left the building before our man became known. I would love to hear them play together. MK would love it too 
We have him play with Scotty Moore, writing about Elvis, maybe he can do one of these re recordings with old tapes, like the Beatles Real Love/Free as a bird.

Anyway, Elvis was a big Monty Python fan, too. One of his favourite movies was the Holy grail. He had bought a copy and watched it many times in his private cinema.
