We're all glad to let him keep his hard copy! We just need the songs, digitally ...

I won't be listening to them anyway!   I'm waiting for that very special moment when the little package falls through my letterbox on 3rd September - oh wait!  Maybe it's too big for the letterbox, the knock on the door then!   ;D

For me that special moment is when I listen any MK track that is new... Its not asociated with the cd itself.

Receiving or buying the cd, opening it, reading the booklet etc etc is another whole experience that its not spoiled if I really know the songs, they are different experiences that for me, there is no need to come together. Actually separated, you have two experiences  :)

I recall one night long ago, with a slow modem connection, receiving one by one the RPD tracks, and while I was listening the first one, I was receiving the next and so on...

What an experience... discover the songs one by one, tasting them for the first time, with the nerves of the situation...

What memories!!!! Far batter that go to the shop and putting it in the cd player  :)

Someone we all know gave me his phone number before STP was released, I called him and he played the whole album to me down the phone. It was very good of them to do that but I wouldnt recommend listening to new songs that way.

Well, i just noticed the release is on a monday. I am sure I probably have the disc on the Saturday before that. Luckaly I have good connections with the owner of a record store here in The Netherlands. My brother and his son run the record store together and started it up, before they went into something else. And his dad took things over later. I had the "A Night in London" dvd even a week before the official sales date.  :P

I used to have it some days before release as well because of the very nice owners of our local shop. I always bought and ordered stuff with them but my money couldn't save the shop, so they are gone now  :'(  :'(
I have to rely on bol.com now or go to Tilburg, but at those stores I have no connections till now  ::)

I ordered the album about 2 weeks ago at the music store in my village. When I entered the store
the owner started to smile! Knowing how much I admire the music of Mark, he told he had been thinking
about me when he read about the new album and because he knew I would come to order that one!

I hope just like other years, that I will be able to have it in my hands a few days before the official release.
