The auction got removed...
That's weird that someone wanted to sell the CDs as they are nominative....
Quite dangerous if the bidder would put it on internet the seller would have been in trouble...

No, it hasn't!
An offer was made. I see it as I speak. It is pretty expensive though, and only for UK bidders.

It depends on who gets the item...

If its a private collector, forget about it.

If its an average fan, as us, the album will be leaked for sure, although in private circles and with care of non fans looking for profit.

Yeah, but why? I mean, it is not like there is any secret song on it? Then I would understand that somehow, here it is just a promo version of the album, a bit earlier. Why not share with your fellow fans?
I also know mimmo since a few years, and got nothing bad to say about him, nice guy.
