I got some info that says you are right dutchessy. 2 cd's 2 styles

This is growing more and more interesting...

I asked Leo! And he said this:

Not sorted per CD! Celtic, Dire-Straits-sounding-stuff, Folk, Blues. All mixed up. And unmistakable Knopfler!

Anyone more questions?? He's answering quick at the moment!!

And Guy will probably say it's their best album ever .

My understanding is that Privateering may be a an upgraded version of  The Ragpicker's Dream.
You don't get the original raw Marbletown or Coyote but directly the 2010 powerful version.
Mark has found his definitive solo style, his definitive band and instruments and he can the focus on the melody.

All in all very good news, isn't it? I have a very good feeling for this album! And the fact that he delievers such a beautiful and just wonderful little Strat
solo as from the earliest days on the first single release is really promising! I hope for more guitar work this time.

He feels more a folk artist than a guitarist says Leo. A few solos, but not too long and much

Hm, Mark is feeling more Folkartist than guitarist nowadays. There are some guitarsolo's, but not many and no long ones.

Leo isn't a MK fan... Maybe he is a bit wrong with that. He told me it's a mix of styles not
ordered by cd. We shall see.

Very interesting stuff!

I asked him his favourite song: He said 'Miss you blues'.
He don't like the celtic stuff (reminds him of Titanic)  :lol
