I hardly ever use Spotify so I don't know about "cover" as such but when I done a search the song we know came up as "Redbud Tree edit" in the title (wouldn't call it a "cover" though).

In second thoughts, is there any chance that the file you have in your spotify is a local file?

Spotify is programmed (unless you undo that) to search your hard disk for songs and include them in the player, as it was Itunes...

According to an email from Universal Music in Norway, Redbud Tree will not be released as a single. I suppose that means that it will not be available through Spotify or iTunes, at least in this country?
