The problem with putting the whole concert on the bonus disc is it will give away the set list for the next tour.  ;D

I have an update about the box, from a 100% reliable source that e-mailed it at the Spanish City Mailing List:

The box includes the vinyls, the cds, a numbered postcard/picture, a dvd with an interview, a code to download a full concert and other stuff not specified.

He also mentions that the live songs comes from the Dylan Tour rehearsals (I guess it means the songs from the third cd)

I dont mention his name because I dont know if he wants me to do that, but its 100% reliable. If you are reading this, say hi!

:)

Ps/ Thanks

These Dylan tour rehearsals sound most interesting...

The full concert download sound great too of course.  My guess would be Rome.

Hi, oh and thanks very much!

hi.
as they recorded all shows, i don't understand why they do not offer  all shows using the download code (select the show you WANNA hear)
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

Yes, but not ALL the shows were performed exactly as they'd have liked them to be!

If they did as you suggest it would be very interesting to see download stats for all the gigs...

So, yet another story of "you need to buy an expensive big box with plenty of items you don't care about just to get a few things you would like".
I have been there with the GL box, just to get 3 songs, with DSOTM, WYWH and the Wall boxes, to get a few live tracks (and a scarf, and dices, and other stupidities) and now, the Privateering box to get.... a download coupon ?? not even a CD ??

And the Bonus CD has... 5 songs ?

There would be so many opportunities, in these modern times, to release nice live stuff in convenient ways. So many wasted opportunities... we could have had a least a DVD from Madrid 2001 (but I guess Mark considers this as old stuff, messy hair and loud spanish crowd). Or at least get access to all the audio recordings 2005-2011....

I guess we shoud not complain, anyawy, we still have a (certainly wonderful) double studio album...

The prices according cdon.com would be something like that:

- Standard 2cd version: 19.81 euros (149 kr)
- Deluxe 3cd version: 34.44 euros (259 kr)
- LP version: 34.44 euros (259 kr)

That would be assuming that kr means norwegian currency

 ;)

There is no price yet in any site for the deluxe box but let me guess a price of at least 70 euros (the price of the 3cd version plus the vinyls version). Increase it a little because of the other goodies and I guess it will be around 80-90 euros...

Just my guess.
