Neither am I. As I have stated quite a few times here I don't like TRD, for example.
I am the Iron Fist. Protector of K'un-Lun. Sworn enemy of the Hand.

WTO??

"Dear Maarten van Pottelberghe,

We're writing to inform that due to a production issue, the delivery of the Deluxe version, LP and box set of Privateering will be delayed.

The delivery to our warehouse is now expected for the week of September 3. They will then be shipped out as quickly as possible.

We do apologize for the delay and would like to offer you a free digital copy of the album on release day, September 4. On that day, we will send you an email that will contain a link to a page where you can download a copy of Privateering.

Thank you for your understanding, and for supporting Mark and his online community."

any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

...

I mean, all of you who ordered to the MK official site. This happened already with the Get Lucky box in 2009... And was one of the main reasons I ignored the sale from mk.com website.

And it happened again.

Yep, mine too. The marknopfler.com team seems to be really helpful when it comes to the presale of tickets. But the rest is in need of improvement in my view.

In a state of mental derangement (and because of other reasons  ;D) I cancelled my Deluxe box this morning.... it should have been delievered next Wednesday. After thinking about it, I realized I made a big mistake because I now lost the Pre-Sale Amazon thingi stuff that ended on August 30th.

Then, this afternoon, I ordered the Deluxe Box again - now without the coupon thing - but I clicked on "Amazon Prime" (with idea to cancel it after 4 weeks) - now they say I have it on Monday  - not sending, but delievering!

Anyway I guess I have the same chance to get lucky with seats on MK.com with or without that amazon crap. Now I am looking forward to my Deluxe box, just to have something nice for the  shelf!

I'd bet that the seating provided by markknopfler.com is superior to that of amazon presale codes.

I mean, when I am within the group of people that are in at 10:00:09 h when presale starts, and they give away the seats in order of the in-box, then it cant be too bad and amzon cannot do anything about it. I still have a  (maybe smaller) chance at least to get into the first 3, 4 rows, or am I mistaken?

(I have to get rid of that Lady Writer status.)

I'm with you on that, I cannot believe that amazon presale has priority.

So this is an "Aargh", I can't do 450 posts this evening.

May I suggest the status "Glen Saggers"?
