There's nothing wrong with Mark's slide playing, technically. It's basic, but it's not about being very technical or not. Playing slide is a very expressive and intense form of guitar playing. It's supposed to be vocal-like. In my opinion, Mark's slide playing is not that. He was better in his early years when he was a guitar nut though, but then his regular guitar playing was more intense as well, so I guess there's a connection.

You can't please everybody and Mark knows that. He does what he likes and I appreciate that. We should be happy that he still brings albums out:-)  Slide playing is a very special thing in guitarworld, everybody has a different style, and MK can do it quite well. I like it.

Have you shared the link as Public ? Also has it finished uploading from your computer to dropbox ? When upload is finished the files show up with a Green Tick in the icon.

Yep, it looked easy. It says drop a file in the public folder --> so I dragged the zip-file in it.
Then right click on it and  a link will be made --> done
Then send the link to your friends --> http://dl.dropbox.com/u/94315955/Privateering.zip

Here it is again, don't see what I can do more, someone knows?

Does it show with a green tick icon in your folder or a blue icon. I think if blue it means its still uploading.

There's no icon, but when I click on dropbox it says uploading, 17 minutes remaining

That's actually true. The file is 74 MB by the way but we have some trouble with the provider. We got a mail that it could be slow because of maintenance today. It's not only slow, I got kicked out a couple of times as well. Fortunately only for 1 minute or so but still annoying

I think today is my learning day. Learned how to use dropbox and from a very dear friend I learned something about some music and the way to listen to it.
