The amount of people at Paul Simon's concert in the park is just incredible. Think it was about 100,000. Just insane.

I think the official VHS tape says 750.000 but that seems a little bit unrealistic. I googled a bit and found this:

I first listened to jazz (bebop actually) as a 14-year-old, although I didn't have a clue about what was going on, but I was just fascinated. It wasn't until recent years, my 30s, that I started buying jazz CDs. I find it very appealing, especially the jazz from 1945 to 1965. Now, as I my musical understanding, theoretically, is better, I get a lot more out of it. The problem is though that a lot of music sounds very banal in comparison ...

In other words, that which is your "cuppa" is that which "cranks your tractor"

(Other expressions - whatever turns you on, tickles your pickle, etc.)

it's ok and I still can't quite believe MK would cover such a classic. If it was me I would have just had the vocal and piano the whole way through. I understand that would be strange on a trumpeteers album.
