Unfortunately I have already sold, few months ago, my spare copy. I'll keep my eyes open to see if I can find a copy at a reasonable price.

I bought the SACD version the day after seeing MK in Edinburgh in 2005, even though I don't have an SACD player and have never been able to play it.

I subsequently "aquired" the DVD audio version, which is of course much easier to play.

For what it's worth, I have now purchased BiA on tape, VHS, CD and SACD, so I don't feel particualrly bad about not purchasing the DVD version, but you may feel differently.
