:( :( :( :(

Why the sad faces? Is it because Bob and Mark played the same songs they have already played together?
I thought static set lists was what you folks liked, as it gives Mark a chance to be a perfectionist?
You know, 'Mark being Mark'  ;)

I'm really happy about the songs they have played together so far, especially Blind Willie, THC, John Brown and Mississippi.  After all, it was something we didn't expect to happen a week or so ago, but now I am getting a bit impatient for them to play some songs from the two albums they made together.     :)

If they play some tracks from those two album which Bob seldom or never played live before, or played live many years ago, all band members would need rehearsals, including Bob and Mark.  I think it's less likely to happen coz they do not have enough time on the road.
My idea of heaven is a place where the Tyne meets the Delta, where folk music meets the blues.

Many thanks Peter for your review.   I'm glad you enjoyed the concert, even with BD screaming!

I have just read a review on ER about the concert and he/she said that the security was stupid too and also mentioned that the audience were very quiet.

My pleasure.
he/she is right, its the most quiet audience I have experienced at a MK concert. There were MANY attending that were closer to BD age than mine of 40 ;-)
They went up with Marbletown that was so astonishing, really. So even many BD fans could see the glory on stage with MK.

At the end of the BD show some younger people rushed to tha stage and there were to many for the stupid security, they tried but gave up in stopping them dacing in front of the stage.  ;)

As a sideremark I heard a small group of BD fans talking. They were there for BD, no doubt. But when MK suddenly left after 5 songs without a single word from either MK or BD, they were indeed sad. They were very glad that MK joined the old Dylan  ;)
Cheers Peter

But Dylan showed even though he screams in the mic every 20 seconds (braaaaauuughh) which we never understood why.  :D . But he proved later in the show that he can actually "sing" or do it well when he in the ballads did not scream. These were awesome songs and would certainly like to hear it again on a download.

This is actually the most accurate description I've seen from anyone yet regarding Bob's current performance tendencies. Well done  ;D
