How much do you think the tourprogrames from 1979 (The communique-tour) and 1996 (Golden heart-tour) is worth?

It depends on who wants to buy them - some people would probably light the fire with them while others would put them under the pillow :P :P :P

of course - as Waterline said - it is relative. In my experience they are the most sought.
I'm still looking for the Communiqu

My Golden Heart programme is priceless - mind you it was signed by MK and all the 96ers after the Aberdeen gig. :)

Mine's only signed by Ed Bicknell, who stood next to me at the Leeds concert!    ;D

MK was much more relaxed on those days, he and the band stopped and signed for quite a while after the show.

The year after on the Hillbillies tour they actually took fans back INSIDE the building where they had set up little tables and stuff, got a programme signed then too. :)

I'm lucky too.   I have a Golden Heart tour programme with signatures from the whole band.  Obviously I am not the original owner.  But, as Dusty said, it's priceless.
The price would depend on the demand and on the condition.      Are you wanting to sell privately or put them on ebay?

Unless it was signed personally, in front of me, it wouldn't mean a thing!   It's all in how it was signed and the memories of how it happened that matters.   Mine was only signed by Ed, but I remember everything - the little chat we had, before the show began, when I said how excited I was and he said how worried he always was at the start of every show.   It's little things that make a signing memorable that count!  :)    Everyone's different, though, and I'm glad you're pleased with your programme, IrisRose!   :)

Agree entirely, although a giood friend of mine did give me a book signed by Jerry Lee Lewis recently and I was delighted. Doesn't mean as much as seeing them do it right in front of you though, like the stuff I have signed by the likes of Willie Nelson, Les Paul, Kris Kristofferson, Steve Earle, Hank Marvin, Albert Lee, Chuck Berry etc. :)

Both of you are right.   However, this is the copy I was able to come by in 2005, and anything I could get would have been great.   But this one showed up and I'm glad.   It would have been a lot of fun to get the autographs myself, but MK didn't show up in the US in '96.   And since then, well you know how it's gotten.

got a NHB signed one, from back in 99, when they set up tables after the show and sort of forced us to get signatures.
it was far more work on this tour.
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

This tour only managed to get a signature from Guy! Some people got a Mark signature but not in person.
Someone was taking there cd's, shirts enz and after 10 minutes or so he came back with a signature from Mark on it.

At least I got my Guy signature in person and that's the way I want it from Mark too.

I met him once back in 2000 I believe when he was promoting at Ivo Niehe's show here in Holland. Gave him a hand but totally forgot my cd. Stupid me!

The only program signed I have is a NHB Ronnie Scott 4 pages autographed in 1999 (or was it in 1998?) but I don't run after that sort of things.

I have the GH program in pristine condition but I won't sell it

Jep, signed tourbooks are the best! ;D I still remember the day Guy Fletcher sent me two KTGC tour programmes with autographs of all band members. Only having 2 MK signed items compared to 10 DK signed items! :D
