Sorry, I can't write a complete list by heart. Either my memory is too weak or I attended too many MK shows (can one? NO!!)
Simply take ALL  shows in Holland and Belgium since 1985, including ALL off tour appearances like tv-shows, showcases etc. and add a lot of them in other European countries (mostly UK & Germany, but also in France, Switzerland etc.)

And in 2003 I've been to Spain to see MK in Barcelona, but he didn't show up for some reason

 By the way, does anyone know how to get in touch with Mark ??  I hung out with Jerry Wexler about 2 months ago and told him that I was going to see Mark in July - he told me to say "hi" for him if I got the chance. Jerry passed away Friday, and I never got to tell Mark at the concerts. (wasn't close enough and didn't want to scream it out at him)
