About 5 or 6 years ago, going through another crisis with my mother, I turned to MK and his music for comfort, and in the process discovered a whole world - literally - of new friends who also appreciated his music. Today, mourning the loss of my mother 10 days ago, I find myself playing his music again. No other music has the power to soothe me and to stir my memories.
