No I think we need more than just one forum - no monopolies there!    Its firing on all cylinders on GF Forum and also on the Official Community - that deals with the winter blues!  We need lively discussion - bring it on.

Saw Chris with the NHBs in 99.

Help please, I downloaded the programme but my Windows Media Player is not able to play it.   Can someone provide an alternative?

Many thanks

Guy Fletcher: I have a feeling we WILL be playing MFN on the next tour.

Got me kind of feeling if there is more in this as in a 'dIRE sTRAITS' reunion and possible tour??

Although I'm not entirely sure, what file type the music is, I'm sure that the vlc player can handle it:
http://portableapps.com/apps/music_video/vlc_portable

But if the files end with .rar or .zip you need to unpack these file first by using this tool: http://www.philipp-winterberg.com/software/free_rar_extract_frog.php
And she's sitting in her Lusso, in the early morning sun.

Yeah, it's a RAR file, compression thing, same as a zip to make the file smaller. You will just need to install a small program to unpack it.

I use this program. Handles a lot of filetyps (ZIP, RAR, etc.) and is easy to use: http://www.peazip.org/

Umm, just seen the Doc announce that there is nothing he can announce 'quite yet' about MK and possible new album. Interesting choice of words. Something bubbling me thinks!!

Yep, I definitely think we're drawing closer to hearing some news about a new MK album.  I'm sure Mark has plenty of new songs queueing up desperate to be recorded at British Grove!

Grumpy grumpy...  ;D

For me I made my decision about it all: After the tour ended and after MK had suffered such pain and hard times on the road he probably said "well folks,
I will take one year off" - which will be over in August. So in September/October Guy will announce that "the whole old gang" is back in the studio and the album will be put out in March 2012 - and followed by a smaller tour than usual, probably more in the size of the Emmylou tour. So that would be in April/May/June 2012. Everything is fine. Believe me! My crystal ball always tells the truth!  :-*
