Hal's / Jack's solo on Two young lovers is very good imho.

Don't much like Phil Palmers solos.

A good one is also Richard Bennet on Calling elvis (in the end those short "showoffs", btw great drums by Chad. C there)

I really like Richard Bennett, for exemple in the bridge of Romeo and Juliet, in I Dug Up A Diamond in the tour with Emmylou.

Richard during GL tour for me.  The second only tour I got to experienced LIVE.  During the middle solo in speedway.  It was just incredibly awesome when the spotlight was on him.

Very nice, and the way he made his guitar roar just before, when he picked it up in Lyon (didn't notice in the other 2 I attended). Wow, so powerful! Shame you can't hear that on the Simfy!

Yes, they do sound similar.   I have that McCartney recording too - it was a great gig.  Mick Green was there too - a fine guitarist from Johnny Kidd & The Pirates.   I always feel very nostalgic when I watch it - my old stamping ground, but not quite!
